Remember check-in time is at 5 p.m.. However you can arrive earlier and start using the facilities of the resort. As soon as it is ready, we will give you the access to your apartment.
This means you can use, if included, all of our bar services, access to the snacks bar and lunch at the main buffet restaurant. If you could not arrive on time for lunch time, please consult at reception to use it the departure day as a courtesy subject to availability.

Remember you can leave your luggage meanwhile at reception. During this time, we are going to be preparing your apartment in detail and we will try our best to have it ready before the estimated time.
